As a Shift Leader, you'll be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. This role is responsible for restaurant operations during assigned shifts when management may not be present.
Responsibilities:
o Greet customers in restaurant and in drive thru with a friendly demeanor.
o Positively lead and influence the team.
o Take orders and handle cash/credit transactions.
o Provide customers hot, fresh food in a timing manner.
o Assist team members with keeping a clean and safe environment.
o Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
o Be part of a team, collaborate and have fun!
Role requirements:
o Previous fast food experience is preferred.
o Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
o Must possess excellent verbal communications skills.
o Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment.
o Must have reliable transportation.
o Must be able to stand up to 8 hours for a shift.
o May have to lift items 30-50 pounds.
o Work requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
o Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
