Duties:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical problems - Assist with the setup and maintenance of office equipment and peripherals - Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions - Conduct training sessions to educate users on software applications and technology tools - Document and update technical procedures and user guides - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the field
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications - Experience with software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques - Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols - Proficiency in Linux operating system is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment - Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
