National Senior Account Executive

Position SummaryThis role is a results-driven sales professional specializing in the Sound, Lighting and Video industry.
Essential Functions While not all-inclusive, the following is a list of primary and general duties.
In addition to these listed duties, this position shall also perform other tasks as assigned, shall abide by all provisions of the Employee Handbook, and shall participate in all company initiatives and projects.
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to create a sales market lead and sales growth strategy among the LEP division.
Drive the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of key business and performance goals, short- and long-term strategic planning and objectives, budgets, programs, policies and contracts, to include annual sales and profit margins for the department.
Build and drive the full sales funnel process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in creating and maintaining a business development strategy and plan implementation.
Build relationships with new businesses through networking events, online meetings, and social media to sell our event services.
Research information about prospective customers using available resources.
Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
Generate sales reports and forecasting.
Collaboratively build, develop and inspire individuals and teams to participate in the development and management of processes and solutions for the Sales department.
Maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers and departmental stakeholders.
Education and Experience A minimum 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related major.

years experience in at least one of the Sound, Lighting or Video industries.
5
years of experience in building and/or leading a sales team, including identifying sales talent and coaching and mentoring to performance standards.
Solid management and business operations skills, including strong financial acumen.
Must have a network of decision maker contacts in the entertainment industry in order to seek new sales and grow existing business.
Skills/Abilities Ability to solve our clients' problems and needs with creative solutions.
Being comfortable connecting to new people.
Accepting wins and losses without lingering effects is essential.
Attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines and to multitask.
Strong computer skills are required as per our sales process and use of CRM and sales tools.
Ability to follow established company policies and procedures, and make recommendations for changes.
Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven and self-directed.
Ability and willingness to be coached to learn and grow their skill set will be necessary for success in this role and with the company.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment.
This role requires the ability to move about an office environment, venues and show sites frequently.
This will be both indoor and outdoor and temperatures can vary between extreme hot and cold.
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs regularly, up to 25 lbs often and up to 50 lbs sometimes.
TravelThis position requires frequent travel, up to 50% of the time.
Travel will be primarily within the United States and will require regular overnight stays.
Expected Hours of WorkHours of work are a typical work day schedule, except during high volume periods when evening and weekend work may occasionally be required.
All breaks and lunches will comply with local, state and federal laws.
Hourly positions requiring overtime will be paid in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
