Communicates new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and clients.
Processes either manually or via computer, the data necessary to initiate accurate payroll and billing processes.
Attends management meetings.
Records report offs from caregivers and cancellation of services.
Enters, maintains, and corrects client/employee, billing and related accounting data into computer as required.
Documents in the electronic file of the client or caregiver as appropriate Responds to patient communication platform daily, responding to situations specific to their caregivers and clients.
Works with Care Coordinator and Human Resources Specialist to assist in resolution of caregiver issues.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
) environment.
Must have skills in database management and record keeping.
Effective oral and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality and ethics.
Excellent organizational skills.

Position Physical Demands:
Walking, sitting, and standing with lifting limited to files and records typically not expected to exceed 5 pounds in weight.
